Unified Portal of the Uruguayan State
The Unified Portal of the Uruguayan State is an initiative designed to unify the digital experience of approximately 60 public sites under a common logic of design, architecture, functionalities, and content management. The platform aims to strengthen the digital presence of the State with more consistent, manageable sites that are prepared to evolve over time.
The Challenge
The challenge was to transform a fragmented web ecosystem, with multiple sites, designs, information architectures, and management methods, into a more unified, secure, accessible, and sustainable platform over time. In addition to the scale, the project required adherence to accessibility and security standards, reducing duplications, organizing content management, and sustaining the operation of a critical platform for the State.
Our Proposal
Since Zuomy, we have participated from the initial stages of the project, providing consulting for its conception, definition, and architecture, as well as work in development and migration. Over time, our role evolved along with the initiative, and today we continue to be part of the team that supports the operation and maintenance of more than 60 state sites, contributing to their continuity, stability, and evolution.
Achieved Impact
The Unified Portal of the Uruguayan State has established itself as a key initiative to organize and unify the digital presence of the State, providing a more consistent experience and a common foundation for multiple agencies. Zuomy's involvement from the early stages and in the current operation reflects our ability to support complex, large-scale public projects with long-term continuity requirements.
